Special Notes U5’s currently train with the U6’s and U7’s on Saturday morning 9:30 to 10:30 on the Whittlesford Lawns. Whittlesford Warriors U5’s is for girls and boys born between September 2020 to August 2021, reception school year 1 (2025/26 season) The emphasis is on as much fun and ball time as possible, introducing football movements and principles in a safe and encouraging environment. The objective of the group is to make sure children’s first football experience is an enjoyable one and something that is emphasised using games and play. Whittlesford Warriors has many examples of players starting at this age and continuing throughout the club.
